Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or receiving a service from Liaison Beauté, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

 

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with booking or purchasing.

1. Bookings & Deposits

 

 

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.

  • Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

 

 

 

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

 

 

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment without loss of deposit.

  • You may reschedule once using the same deposit (if 48+ hours’ notice is given).

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or full service charge, at Liaison Beauté’s discretion.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

 

 

3. Late Arrivals

 

 

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

  • If you are 10–15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or adapted to fit the remaining time, while the original fee still applies.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, this may be treated as a missed appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities & Health

 

 

By booking, you confirm that:

 

  • You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, previous reactions or infections before treatment.

  • You understand that failing to disclose this information may increase your risk of an adverse reaction.

  • You will follow the aftercare advice given to you.

 

 

Liaison Beauté is not responsible for:

 

  • Reactions or issues arising from information you did not disclose.

  • Damage to nails caused by lifestyle, work, habits, incorrect aftercare or external factors beyond our control.

 

 

 

5. Patch Tests & Allergies

 

 

  • Some services may require or recommend a patch test. This will always be communicated in advance where relevant.

  • If you decline or do not attend a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any allergic reaction or sensitivity.

  • Allergies can occur at any time, even if you have had similar treatments before without issue.

 

 

By proceeding with your booking, you accept the potential risks and waive liability against Liaison Beauté for reactions in the absence of a patch test.

 

 

6. Behaviour & Salon Etiquette

 

 

  • Abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the appointment with no refund.

  • Please attend alone unless otherwise agreed (for space, safety and focus).

  • Children or extra guests are only allowed by prior arrangement.

 

 

 

7. Mobile & Travel Policy

 

 

  • Mobile services and travel options are limited and must be agreed in advance.

  • Travel within agreed areas (e.g. Manchester / Oldham) may be included in certain packages; outside this radius, travel is charged at £0.50 per mile plus any parking, congestion or toll costs.

  • Travel fees must be paid with the deposit or in advance of the booking.

 

 

 

8. Photography & Social Media

 

 

  • Before and after photos or videos may be taken for record and portfolio purposes.

  • Content may be used on social media, website or marketing unless you specifically request otherwise.

  • You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us.

 

 

 

9. Training & Education 

 

 

  • Course and bootcamp deposits are non-refundable.

  • Certificates of completion are issued based on attendance and participation; they are not a guarantee of skill level.

  • Official accredited qualifications will only be issued where clearly stated.

  • Starter kits and opened products used during training are non-returnable.

 

 

 

10. Liability

 

 

Liaison Beauté takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, we cannot be held liable for:

 

  • Pre-existing conditions of the natural nails or skin.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

  • Reactions where allergies were not disclosed or patch tests were declined.

 

 

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By:

 

  • booking an appointment

  • purchasing a product (including custom press-ons)

  • attending the studio or receiving a mobile service

 

 

you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and the associated Privacy and Refund Policies.
